Nastar lumer & glowing step by step

  1. Gabungkan butter, margarin, telur, serta gula halus kocok sebentar hingga tercampur saja. Boleh mixer selama 45 detik saja, jangan lama2 agar adonan tdk melebar saat dipanggang..
  2. Tambahkan tepung terigu serta susu bubuk aduk perlahan hingga merata yaaa.
  3. Ambil sedikit adonan atau sesuai selera atau 1 sdt. Bulatkan Lalu isi dg selai nanas didalamnya, bulatkan kembali. Letakan adonan nastar dalam loyang, beri jarak ya agar tidak menempel saat dipanggang..
  4. Panggang/ oven dg suhu 140°C selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
  5. Keluarkan dari oven, dinginkan suhu ruang.
  6. Siapkan bahan olesan, aduk rata. jika nastar sudah tdk panas poles dg bahan olesan semua nastar. (Polesan 1) setiap mau poles lagi tunggu polesan sebelumnya agak set..
  7. Lakukan polesan yang ke 2 dari awal semua nastar(polesan 2).
  8. Lakukan dg sama polesan yang ketiga (Polesan 3).
  9. Oven kembali kurang lebih 10 menit dg suhu 100°. Angkat jika ingin disalin tunggu suhu ruang dulu ya/ dinginkan.
  10. Hasilnya kinclong/ glowing..
  11. Note : swbelum dipanggang panaskan oven 10 menit dulu ya.
